4. User Content

You are responsible for the images and data you upload. You must have the legal right to use any images you submit. You grant LevelMax a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload sexually explicit, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or scrape data.
• Use the service for any unauthorized or commercial purposes without permission.
• Impersonate others or submit fraudulent data.

6. Limitation of Liability

LevelMax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, or for the accuracy of the AI-generated results.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
